MICA
President
Ms. Premica Baines has formal education from UBC School of Business, in Project Management. She has also completed the formal educational requirements to successfully obtain her "Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant" licenses. RCICs are managed by a regulatory body (ICCRC) and are recognized and authorized by the Canadian Federal Department to provide service with immigration related matters. She is also a member of the prestigious Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants.
Mica has worked with the Government of Canada for 38 years and has full appreciation of various government departments and agencies. Mica provides English services.
Mica’s hobbies, amongst many other things are to run and travel. She has participated in 12 international marathons and has traveled to more than 50 countries. Based on her life experience of immigrating to Canada (some 50 years ago) and the wealth of experience accumulated in the world travel, she understands the challenges faced by new immigrants who come to Canada whether on a temporary or permanent basis. She also actively participates in various charitable community activities.

Vice President
Jason’s education background: China: International Trade， Business Management； New Zealand： Human Resource Management Canada: Commercial Vehicle Technician， Immigration Law Consultancy.
With his experience built through more than 25 years of marketing consulting services and legal services in China, New Zealand and Canada, Jason has accumulated a wealth of marketing and management experience in different industries. He provides customers with a personalized service plan that suits them. To support the local community, he serves as a director of several of non-profit organizations which focus on helping minor, senior and disabilities.
Jason is the columnist of immigration pages in several local Chinese newspapers and websites. His articles introduce Canadian immigration legal system and practicing knowledge to the community. Jason is a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. He provides English and Mandarin services.
Jason’s philosophy: The customer’s success is his own success. When practicing, we insist: listen to the voice of the customer, sort out the key points of the case, solve the related doubts, and provide personalized solutions.

Sophie has worked in large-scale enterprises or operated and managed companies in China and Canada. Her industry experience involves film and television, tourism, real estate and immigration and study services.
She believes that professional skills and rich industry experience are the guarantees for providing high-quality products and services. Standing in the position of the customer is essential to formulate the service standard. Professional coordination and diversified service team have strong execution and higher success rate.

BEN
Mr. Ben Dogan graduated with a major in marketing. He has many years of experience in operating and managing marketing consulting companies in British Columbia, Canada. His clients from the industries: real estate, food, clothing, agriculture, tourism, automobiles, etc.
Based on extensive business planning and marketing experience, Ben provides immigration consulting services suitable for all types of business immigrant clients. Ben is a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.
He provides service in English and Turkish. He is also the chairman of a local non-profit association and serves the community. Ben enjoys helping people in getting settled in a new country and helping them to fulfill their dreams.
Elliot
With an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Business Administration, he possesses a robust educational foundation. Elliot began his career in the oil and gas sector, where he started as a project manager and eventually transitioned to running two mid-sized oil and gas facilities construction companies. His hands-on experience and strategic vision led to significant growth in those companies, which then led to their acquisition.
Building on this acquisition, Elliot transitioned into the field of mergers and acquisitions. His background in managing and growing businesses has given him unique insights and expertise in this complex area. His ability to identify opportunities and execute successful acquisitions has made him a sought-after professional in the industry.
An avid traveller, he has journeyed globally, seeking new experiences and perspectives. His love for hiking allows him to connect with nature and provides a refreshing balance to his demanding professional life.
CHELSEA
Chelsea Sweeney is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Chelsea has 7 years of experience in the education and ESL sector in London, Vancouver, and Hong Kong where she was a TA, English Language Instructor, and Academic Director. Her specialty is working with international students in Canada - setting up study goals, finding programs and assisting with Study Permit applications.
She is also currently the Director of Events with BCjobs.ca where she hosts the Innovator’s podcast, hosts the virtual panel series #HireMe2022, and organizes virtual and in-person career fairs.
Other credentials include a BA from the University of British Columbia and a CELTA from Language Link, London, UK.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys travelling, genealogical research, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Trent
With a passion for connecting people to opportunities, Trent has established himself as a leading Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in Vancouver. His expertise is built on a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Math and Physics from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC).
RAMIN
Upon majoring in English literature, Ramin finished the rest of his post-graduate studies in Linguistics and has served as a university professor and head of language departments in several accredited academic institutions for over 29 years.
He has also established and managed Amookhteh Language center to help those having emigration-related ambitions improve their language skills and meet the language qualifications required for their immigration in the fastest and most efficient ways.
Apart from his academic life, his publications, and his patented theory of Transformation-based Translation, by serving as a high-ranking officer in the Iranian Ministry of Higher Education for 5 years, he kept himself abreast of all the immigration routes for students, graduates and entrepreneurs to take advantage of appropriate studying, career or start-up opportunities in other countries.
Ramin also finished an immigration consultancy course in Canada to master the legal procedures in different immigration programs and has ever since successfully helped a lot of applicants immigrate to Canada.

JESSIE
Jessie is a professor and a doctor of Education. She has engaged in teaching and research in education for a long time, she dives into translation studies and literature and has published more than 20 academic papers in Canadian Social Science and other publications. She has visited universities such as North Carolina State University in the United States, the University of Toronto in Canada, University of British Columbia, and Beijing Foreign Studies University.
With her professional education background, Jessie provides tailor-made education plans for friends studying in Canada, helping you to realize your dream of studying abroad on a down-to-earth basis.

NIHARIKA
Niharika is a licensed RCIC, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with CICC, College of Immigration Consultants. With an MBA degree in Marketing, she has worked in various senior management positions with companies in Fashion Retail across Canada, Asia and the Middle East in the last 22 years.
She now manages her own Fashion Consultancy Firm in Vancouver, BC. Having lived in Dubai for over 14 years in a multicultural environment and travelling extensively for work across the world in high-pressure management roles has given Niharika the ability to meet and exceed expectations of her clients.
She continues to work across the field of Canadian Immigration and Education helping many clients realize their Canadian Dream!
SHELLY
Bachelor of Science, Master of Education; English language training specialist and education consultant. She has many years of experience in managing international schools, founding, and running consulting firms. After settling in Vancouver, Canada for 10 years, she has been providing academic planning and career planning services for international students. Familiar with eastern and western education and social culture, she has written education topics for Chinese newspapers and periodicals issued around the world for many years.
She published the study abroad guide "This is Canada - Studying in the Land of Maple Leaves" (2015 People's Daily Publishing House). Over the years, she has been enthusiastic about community service, serving as a volunteer in churches, nursing homes, and SUCCESS Foundation, helping immigrants and students and parents with international education needs to achieve their dreams as soon as possible.
FAEZEH
Faezeh completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in English literature in Iran. Having worked as a full-time instructor, a tutor and, at times, a supervisor in some of the most reputable language institutes in Iran, Faezeh achieved enough experience in applying the most efficient teaching methodologies to improve the language skills of the students who required to get high band scores for IELTS or TOEFL exams.
Faezeh also completed the immigration consultancy course in Canada to keep herself abreast of all the immigration regulations in Canada and thus has ever since helped people from all over the world find the fastest as well as most efficient and economical routes to immigrate to and settle in Canada.

REAGAN has been engaged in domestic and foreign trade marketing in mainland China for many years. He has frequent exchanges with elites and government departments and has extensive connections.
